Field Manager #1
(Brother’s 2 & 3 Schools)
- Upholds the Constitution, By-Laws and Rules of the ball club
- With executive, sets dates for field maintenance work
- Keeps work shed tidy and equipped with required tools
- Keeps shed stocked with field whiting
- Report any equipment needs to Equipment Manager
- Checks fields used by the club to determine work necessary to bring to playing conditions
- Contacts suppliers of appropriate material for Brothers 2/3
- Contacts School District #46Â Maintenance to have them deliver material to the school fields by maintenance (work party) day
- Obtains workers lists from Registar and Volunteer Coordinator
- Sets up workers’ schedules and contacts workers, designating a foreman for each field to check workers in. Attends fields on work day to check and direct all work being done and to obtain workers lists Supply list of volunteers to Volunteer Coordinator when complete.
- Through regular season, tournaments and all star schedules work to be done as required and schedules workers to do, and oversees
- Makes a report for the AGM
