- Upholds the Constitution, By-Laws and Rules of the ball club

Handles all fundraising activities for the club for the league and summer all-star season

Organizes the concession: purchasing, pricing, selling, scheduling workers, inventory, cleaning, etc. and currently handles the repair and maintenance of the concession facilities

Organizes events or activities with executive approval to obtain funds, eg bottle drives, raffles, bingo, etc.

Handles all publicity for any fundraising events (with Publicity Manager)

Obtains workers’ lists from the Registrar and schedules workers

Keeps track of who volunteers and reports this to Volunteer Coordinator

Makes a report for the AGM
