Fund Raising Manager

  • Upholds the Constitution, By-Laws and Rules of the ball club
  • Handles all fundraising activities for the club for the league and summer all-star season
  • Organizes the concession: purchasing, pricing, selling, scheduling workers, inventory, cleaning, etc. and currently handles the repair and maintenance of the concession facilities
  • Organizes events or activities with executive approval to obtain funds, eg bottle drives, raffles, bingo, etc.
  • Handles all publicity for any fundraising events (with Publicity Manager)
  • Obtains workers’ lists from the Registrar and schedules workers
  • Keeps track of who volunteers and reports this to Volunteer Coordinator
  • Makes a report for the AGM
