President
- Upholds the Constitution, By-Laws and Rules of the ball club
- Chairs meetings of the executive or general meetings
- Oversees all club functions
- Helps new directors in their new positions
- With the directors sets a time-line of club’s activities
- Ensures all directors are completing their duties on time
- Shall be the main contact with B. C. Minor Baseball Association
- Keeps the ball club appraised of all B. C. Minor rules and regulations and upholds same
- Shall be the main contact with the public
- Attends the March coaches’ meetings to meet the coaches
- Works with any executive member to handle any troublesome problem
- Will complete any director’s duties for a chair that is vacant until a director is appointed
- Makes an overall club report for the Annual General Meeting.
