Volunteer Coordinator
- Upholds the Constitution, By-Laws and Rules of the ball club
- With the executive, coordinators and coaches, sets dates for field maintenance work. Each division is responsible for their own field(s)
- With executive, coordinators and coaches, determine and list volunteer projects
- Assign large volunteer projects to teams or divisions
- Schedule projects and have coordinators recruit volunteers
- Attends March coach meetings to explain Volunteer Policy and distribute Volunteer Record Sheet
- Volunteer Record Sheet completed by team Managers
- Mid-season check that team Managers completing Sheets and everybody on team capable of volunteering
- End of season collects Volunteer Record Sheets and advise registrar of anybody who did not volunteer
- Makes a report for the Annual General meeting
