This registration is for T-Ball, Tadpole, Mosquito, Pee Wee, Bantam and Midget (all players born between 1993 and 2005), as well as for the Junior Men’s Division (all players born between 1986 and 1992).
Care Card required.
Late registration:
- If you register after February 5, there will be a $25 late fee added to the registration fees.
- Rain’er’shine Barber Shop in Sunnycrest Mall will act as the drop off for late registration (forms and cheques), and will have registration forms available.
- The final cut-off for registration is March 31, 2012.
